The Lake Villa Township Democrats and Independents is a volunteer organization situated in the northwest section of the Eighth District, dedicated to promoting a progressive grassroots movement. Our organization enables concerned residents to speak out on important issues as well as listen to other concerned progressive voices. 

This Democratic effort will move Lake Villa Township forward joining along with neighboring townships in a grassroots movement. United, we will work toward responsible government and the many challenges that Americans face not just in Illinois, but across the United States of America.

What are your talents?
Weather you are a beginner or an experienced old timer in the process of politics, we are all volunteers. As the quintessential base that holds up the foundation of the Democratic Party, every volunteer is needed and appreciated. There are a variety of ways that you can fit in to our organization. We look forward to building life long friendships. We meet from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Lake Villa Township, 37908 N. Fairfield Road, located on the corner of Grand Avenue and Fairfield Road, in Lake Villa, every last Tuesday of the month. Together, we will elect progressive thinking candidates that will envision a positive future through honest government for our neighborhoods, our townships, our cities, our state and our country
